AECC rustic land auctions in Spain

Overview

The Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) has initiated a public auction of 12 rustic land lots spanning eight provinces to support its scientific and social missions.

The auction, conducted via the Escrapalia portal, includes various agricultural, forest, and pasture lands totaling more than 109,000 square meters. Notable properties include olive groves in Vilafamés and citrus cultivation land in Castellón de la Plana, as well as a lot in Capdepera, Mallorca.

Some properties are being offered at discounts exceeding 70 percent of their official appraisals. The proceeds from these sales are intended to fund cancer research, prevention, and social support programs. Bidding deadlines for the various lots are scheduled for September 9, 15, and 16.
