Various regional cultural and gastronomic events are taking place across Spain. In Gines, the eighteenth edition of ‘Una Pará en Gines’ is concluding with activities including the Spanish Championship of Yuntas and Carreteros, national ham slicing, and equestrian competitions such as the ‘Ciudad de Gines’ Pure Spanish Horse Morphofunctional Contest.
Other regional cultural agendas include the tenth International Bartolomé de Torres Naharro Congress in Torre de Miguel Sesmero, focusing on 16th-century Spanish theater. In Villaviciosa, autumn programming features cinema, theater, and opera. Tordesillas is hosting its 33rd Medieval Market, expecting up to 30,000 visitors. Additionally, Alicante is developing a new green space in Serra Grossa to improve urban views and environmental access, while various municipalities like Cambrils, Zamora, Vilafranca, and Tarragona are launching diverse library and community cultural programs including storytelling, reading clubs, and art exhibitions.
