Spanish parcel and messaging market reaches 10,100 million euros

The Spanish parcel and messaging market reached a turnover of 10,100 million euros in 2025, representing a 4.7% increase compared to the previous year. According to the DBK Sectoral Observatory by Informa, a subsidiary of Cesce, the growth was driven by increased demand for parcel services, particularly within the business sector and through e-commerce.

Business parcel services emerged as the primary market segment, accounting for 74% of total turnover with a 4.9% growth rate. Industrial parcel services also saw a 4% increase. Geographically, national activities represented 75% of the market, while international operations grew by 3.9% to exceed 2,500 million euros.

Looking toward 2026, analysts expect market growth to moderate due to a slower pace of GDP and private consumption growth. Additionally, factors such as oil price volatility and inflation are expected to increase procurement costs and potentially tighten profit margins.
