Darya Homes, the developer brand of Dazia Capital, announced the Serentia Gardens project in the Tetuán district of Madrid. The development will comprise 90 one‑ and two‑bedroom apartments ranging from 48 to 113 sqm, priced between €439,000 and €860,000, with delivery scheduled for September 2026. Amenities include coworking space, a fully equipped gym, sauna, outdoor and rooftop pools, a private cinema, a solarium, urban gardens and 60 parking spaces, and the complex holds Breeam certification. The project targets professionals working in northern‑Madrid business hubs such as Azca and the Cuatro Torres, as well as investors seeking new‑build rental assets, supported by Darya Living’s property‑management services.

Promociones YGABSA 2005 unveiled Mirador del Mediterráneo III in the north of Almería. The residential complex will contain 208 two‑ and three‑bedroom units and penthouses with up to four bedrooms, many featuring private pools. The design emphasizes spacious terraces, staggered block architecture and extensive common areas of about 5,000 sqm, including adult and children’s swimming pools, a playground, chill‑out zones, paddle‑tennis courts, yoga and pilates spaces, a multipurpose gym and office facilities. The development aims to provide a contemporary, high‑quality living environment for families and professionals in the rapidly expanding area of northern Almería.
