Spanish real estate firms Alfil Patrimonial and Aliseda‑Metrovacesa announce major office and housing projects

Alfil Patrimonial, a Malaga‑based SOCIMI, is negotiating the acquisition of an office building in Madrid. The firm intends to reposition the property for long‑term rental and may use part of the space for its own headquarters. CEO Francisco Gómez Palma said the move targets the stable Madrid market and seeks a single tenant, though the market will ultimately decide.

Separately, Aliseda Inmobiliaria – owned by Blackstone – has signed a marketing agreement with listed developer Metrovacesa to sell 14 land parcels across Spain. The partnership will enable the construction of 662 new residential units, addressing the country’s housing shortage and rising new‑home prices.
