Spanish towns boost security for horse races, festivals and eclipse
The mayor of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Carmen Álvarez, chaired a local security board that approved a special security device for the 181st edition of the town’s horse races, scheduled for 8‑10 August and 21‑23 August.
