Spanish towns schedule July 2026 patron saint festivals
The town of Almagro will hold its Santa Ana patronal celebrations on July 25‑26, 2026, centered around the Ermita de Santa Ana. Activities include open visitation, traditional cakes, a popular evening verbena with DJs, a solemn religious service, and a procession through the neighborhood streets, followed by another night of music and food.
In Puente la Reina, the Santiago festivals are set for July 24‑29, 2026. The program features a ceremonial opening with a pañuelo‑laying, a chupinazo, a parade of giants and drummers, religious services, a traditional procession, a fire‑torico display, and evening music events including an electronic “Mena Sound Festival” and multiple dance sessions.
