Sparta Praha defeats Banes Motor České Budějovice 4-2

Banes Motor České Budějovice lost 2-4 to Sparta Praha in the seventh round of the Tipsport extraliga. The defeat continues a long-standing losing streak for Motor at the O2 Arena, which has not seen a victory from the South Bohemian team since January 2022.

Sparta took an early lead through Olesen, but Motor managed to equalize via a shot from Filip Ahl. However, Sparta quickly regained the lead through Shore. Motor struggled significantly with their power plays, failing to capitalize on opportunities despite several man-advantage situations.

Key player performances included Roman Červenka providing assists for Motor, while Sparta's offensive pressure was evident throughout the match. Motor's upcoming schedule includes a home game against Kometa Brno.
