Spectacular Smith faces sexual assault lawsuit

Spectacular Smith, a member of the music group Pretty Ricky, is facing a civil lawsuit filed by an Arizona woman alleging sexual assault. According to court documents, the plaintiff, Alexis Dieng, claims that Smith contacted her via Instagram in October 2025.

Dieng alleges that after an initial conversation regarding restaurant recommendations, Smith arranged a meeting that was moved from a public location to a private residence in Maricopa County. The lawsuit claims that once at the residence, Smith engaged in nonconsensual sexual intercourse. The complaint further alleges that Smith physically assaulted the woman by choking her and recorded portions of the encounter without her permission.

Dieng is represented by attorney Benjamin Taylor. The claims are allegations contained within a civil lawsuit and have not been proven in court.
