Spectacular Smith, a founding member of the R&B group Pretty Ricky, is the subject of a civil lawsuit filed in Maricopa County Superior Court by Alexis Dieng.

In the lawsuit, Dieng alleges that Smith engaged in nonconsensual sexual intercourse, applied physical pressure to her neck to restrict her breathing, and recorded all or part of the encounter without her knowledge or permission. As of mid-September 2026, no criminal charges have been publicly reported, and the claims remain allegations within a civil proceeding.
