SpiralAI launches AI-driven Atelier Ryza chat game

SpiralAI announced RyzaChat: Your Midsummer Dream Story with AI Ryza, an AI‑driven conversation RPG built on the popular Atelier Ryza franchise. The game is being co‑developed with Gust, the studio behind the series and part of Koei Tecmo, and will be released for iOS and Android devices in August 2026. Pre‑registration opened in early August, with the official launch scheduled for 18 August.

Gameplay progresses entirely through dialogue with an AI version of Ryza, offering both an RPG Mode for quests and a Chat Mode for casual conversation. Players help Ryza build a boat to leave Kurken Island, manage inventory, stamina and currency, and unlock new missions as they explore the series' world. The game’s artwork is hand‑drawn, while voice lines are recorded by voice actress Yuko Noguchi and text is generated using SpiralAI’s SpiralLLM large‑language model.
