Spirit Halloween expands Spirit Christmas concept to 44 locations

Spirit Halloween is expanding its seasonal Christmas concept, Spirit Christmas, to 44 locations across 15 states this year. According to a spokesperson from parent company Spencer Gifts and Spirit Halloween Superstores, 39 of these locations will be transformed from Spirit Halloween stores into Spirit Christmas stores.

The expansion follows initial testing in 2024 and a subsequent rollout of 30 pop-up locations last year. The company aims to bring interactive in-store experiences to more guests, targeting high-visibility areas such as malls, lifestyle centers, and major downtown retail districts. Spirit Christmas stores will offer festive apparel, inflatables, animatronics, decor, and ornaments.

While Spirit Halloween maintains a presence in all 50 U.S. states, the Spirit Christmas brand is currently limited to Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Texas is not included in the current Spirit Christmas store locator.
