Domaine d’Aurensan has released ‘Les 10’, an Armagnac that assembles ten authorized grape varieties—including Plant de graisse, Mauzac, and Ugni blanc—into a single bottling. The spirit is described as distinctive, rustic, and herbal, characterized by notes of bitters, fruit skins, and lemon-mint.

In the Irish whiskey sector, Jameson has introduced its Distiller’s Batch. Unlike the brand's standard blended whiskey, this version is a single pot still Irish whiskey. Produced at the Midleton Distillery, the spirit utilizes a mashbill of both malted and unmalted barley, resulting in a fruity and oily profile.
