Sports Fair opens at Ada Ciganlija in Serbia

The 15th Sports Fair has officially opened at Ada Ciganlija under the slogan ‘Sport Wins’. Organized by the Sports Association of Serbia and the Ministry of Sports, the event aims to bring various athletic disciplines closer to citizens, with a particular focus on encouraging children to participate in physical activities.

Davor Štefanek, President of the Sports Association of Serbia, emphasized that the fair's primary goal is to allow individuals to find a sport they love, noting that every great achievement begins with a first step. State Secretary Marko Kešelj added that the true success of the event should be measured by its impact on children, specifically if a child decides to join a training session after experiencing the various sports on display.

The event features presentations from numerous sports federations and offers visitors the chance to try more than 90 different disciplines. Admission is free for all interested citizens through September 27.
