Sports federations in Ceuta hold awards gala and inclusive training

The Ceuta Basketball Federation (FBC) held its third annual gala at the Antonio Campoamor sports center to recognize local players, coaches, clubs, and institutions. The event honored various contributors to the regional basketball community, including the club with the most licenses, referees, and local businesses. The ceremony also introduced initiatives for the 2026-27 season, such as 3x3 tournaments and youth development schools.

Separately, the Royal Football Federation of Ceuta (RFFCE) is participating in the first Inclusive Football Technician Course organized by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF). Represented by Iván Chaves and Fran Vázquez, the federation is engaging in this program, sponsored by Vicente del Bosque, to train professionals in managing sports for people with disabilities. The training, which combines online and in-person sessions through March, focuses on specialized methodologies, health, and creating safe environments for adapted sports.
