Square Enix releases Dragon Quest XI S for Nintendo Switch 2

Square Enix is releasing Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition for the Nintendo Switch 2 on September 23. The version will feature two distinct graphical modes: a Performance Mode supporting up to 1080p at 60 fps, and a Quality Mode offering up to 1440p resolution at 30 fps.

There will be no upgrade package available for players moving from the original Nintendo Switch version to the Nintendo Switch 2 version.
