Croatia hosts diverse cultural and community events

Various cultural and community events are scheduled across Croatia. In Rijeka, the 13th annual ‘100 % Zagorsko’ manifestation will feature 38 exhibitors from Krapinsko-zagorska County, showcasing local products, crafts, and tourism. Additionally, the Srce za nju Association is hosting an ‘Art&Wine’ workshop on September 2 to raise funds for psychological support for women with cancer.

In Zagreb, the Museum Weekend (MUV) will offer free admission to numerous museums from September 3 to 6, featuring over 160 programs. The City of Zagreb Libraries have also launched a competition for the visual identity of the Paromlin project, a new library and socio-cultural center, with prizes up to 10,000 euros. Furthermore, the 38th Salon of Young Artists is set to open in September 2026.

Other regional activities include free medical check-ups for approximately 600 athletes in Đurđevac, a sports conference in Dubrovnik focusing on equality and youth development, and the Lumiart light festival preparations in Dubrovnik.
