STADTRADELN 2026 cycling campaign concludes in Ludwigshafen and Brühl

The 2026 STADTRADELN cycling campaign concluded with significant participation in the German cities of Ludwigshafen and Brühl.

In Ludwigshafen, 625 participants completed 31,294 trips, totaling 323,395 kilometers. This represents an increase of over 300 participants and 110,175 kilometers compared to the previous year. The event included guided tours to surrounding cities such as Speyer, Bad Dürkheim, and Worms.

In Brühl, 631 participants across 41 teams cycled a total of 122,741 kilometers, resulting in an estimated reduction of 20 tons of CO2. Top performers included Murat Tural from the Islamic Community Center Brühl e. V. for individual cycling and the Brühler TV 1879 Leichtathletik team for the team category. The Gesamtschule Brühl led among schools.
