Arbitrum projected to reach $10 by 2030 by Standard Chartered

Standard Chartered has initiated coverage of the Arbitrum (ARB) token, projecting a significant long-term price increase. The bank’s research team, led by Geoff Kendrick, has set a price target of $10 by the end of 2030, suggesting the asset could potentially outperform both Bitcoin and Ethereum over that period.

The bank’s bullish outlook is based on a staged growth model: $0.50 by late 2026, $1.50 by 2027, $3.50 by 2028, $6.50 by 2029, and reaching $10 in 2030. A central driver for this thesis is the Arbitrum Expansion Program (AEP), which allows the network to capture 10% of net protocol revenue from external chains built using its technology.

A key catalyst cited is the launch of the Robinhood Chain in July, which utilizes Arbitrum’s infrastructure. This development has significantly boosted the network’s economics, with estimated September revenue projected to reach $5 million—more than five times the levels seen prior to the Robinhood launch. While the bank anticipates high growth through asset tokenization, it notes risks such as competition from other layer-1 and layer-2 ecosystems.
