Star Wars Zero Company reaches 1 million sales and $50 million revenue
Star Wars Zero Company, a tactical turn-based strategy game developed by Bit Reactor, has reached an estimated 1 million copies sold since its launch, according to data from Alinea Analytics. The game has generated approximately $50 million in revenue.
Platform distribution shows Steam as the dominant marketplace with 69.9% of sales, followed by PlayStation at 19.9% and Xbox platforms at 10.2%. While the game has seen strong performance in North America and Europe, which account for roughly 90% of the player base, its reach in Asian markets remains low at under 5%, partly due to limited localization.
The commercial success stands in contrast to internal challenges at Bit Reactor. Before the game's release, the studio reportedly placed approximately 80% of its workforce on unpaid leave. Bit Reactor described this as a difficult decision made independently of publisher Electronic Arts or Disney, intended to manage the studio prior to the launch outcome.
