Star Wars Zero Company receives major 1.2 update with new difficulty modifiers

Electronic Arts and Bit Reactor have released patch 1.2 for the turn-based strategy game Star Wars Zero Company. The update introduces new campaign modifiers designed to increase difficulty and customization for veteran players.

Key features include adjustable injury limits, an instant death (permadeath) option, and a configurable risk of permanent death following tactical defeats. Players can also modify health progression via Focus Points, limit bond level bonuses, and restrict the ability to respec talents or weapons.

In addition to these difficulty settings, the patch includes balance adjustments for weapons, crews, and facilities, as well as various bug fixes. The developers also implemented economic changes, such as reducing the cost of upgrades and fixing recruitment costs to improve base management.
