Starbucks relaunches S'mores Frappuccino and adds S'mores Cold Brew for summer
Starbucks is bringing back its S'mores Frappuccino, first launched in 2015, as part of a limited‑time summer menu that begins nationwide on July 1. The drink combines vanilla syrup, coffee, milk, ice, marshmallow‑flavored whipped cream and a graham‑crust topping. The company also introduced a new S'mores Cold Brew topped with marshmallow cold foam, chocolate drizzle and graham‑cracker crumbs, as well as a S'mores Chai.
A home‑barista has published a copycat recipe for the S'mores Cold Brew, detailing how to recreate the toasted marshmallow syrup, cold foam and toppings at home. The tutorial underscores the immediate consumer enthusiasm for Starbucks’ seasonal offering.
Starbucks director of beverage development Lisa Beckman said the launch aims to “recreate the feeling of summer connection with friends” through the nostalgic flavor profile.
