State Bank of Vietnam transfers 9 public services to national portal

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has announced the transfer of nine full online public services to the National Public Service Portal. These services pertain to banking information technology and payment activities.

Effective September 2, 2026, the transferred services will include procedures for canceling or issuing bank codes, adjusting bank information, managing electronic signature certificates, issuing bank card issuer codes (BIN), and registering blank check samples.

Following this transition, the SBV will cease providing these specific services through its own portal. Users will be required to log in to the National Public Service Portal using VNeID electronic identification accounts issued by the Ministry of Public Security. Previous accounts issued by the SBV will no longer be valid for accessing the National Public Service Portal.
