State of Mexico Justice Caravan Brings Legal Services to Santa María Rayón
The State of Mexico's judicial authority organized a mobile Justice Caravan in Santa María Rayón on July 31 and August 1, aiming to bring legal procedures directly to residents. Dr. María Elena Pons Escalera, coordinator of the Civil and Commercial Liaison, attended on behalf of Tribunal President Héctor Macedo García, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to eliminate access barriers.
The caravan offered services such as identity‑recognition proceedings, concubinage certification, and mutual‑consent divorces, among other procedures, to provide families with timely, low‑cost legal certainty and reduce the need for travel.
By delivering these services locally, the judiciary seeks to make justice more immediate, free, and human‑focused, aligning with its goal of transforming lives through accessible legal aid.
