Staycity to open first Polish aparthotel in Warsaw

Techbau Budownictwo has begun construction on a 268-room Staycity aparthotel located at Grójecka 5 in Warsaw. The project involves converting a former office building, previously known as the Salzburg Center, into a hotel facility.

The new establishment will be the first in Poland for the Irish-based Staycity Group. The facility is planned to include studios and apartments with kitchenettes, a gym, a cafe, and coworking spaces. While the opening was originally anticipated for late 2026, the current schedule targets 2027.

Solida Capital Europe, which acquired the property from Cromwell European REIT in March 2024 for 15.86 million euros, has secured project financing from Santander Bank Polska. Interior furnishings will be provided by ATEPAA.
