Greek political drama: Kasselakis criticised while farmer leader Anestidis cleared of subsidy case

Party leader Stefanos Kasselakis was sharply attacked by former SYRIZA supporter Nikos Moraitis, who questioned Kasselakis' political consistency and accused him of shifting between parties—including PASOK and the KKE—to serve personal ambitions.

Agricultural union head Kostas Anestidis was acquitted by the Athens Court of Appeals of allegations that he received illegal subsidies worth €122,000 from the OPEKEPE agency. Following the ruling, Anestidis announced plans to sue the agency and officials he holds responsible, as farmer protests continue across Greece.
