Stellantis appoints Arnaud Belloni as CEO of Fiat, Abarth, and Lancia

Stellantis has announced a major leadership reorganization within its Enlarged Europe division as part of its FastLane 2030 strategic plan. Effective September 1, 2026, Arnaud Belloni has been appointed CEO of Fiat, Abarth, and Lancia. Belloni, who returns to the company after a tenure at Renault, will also serve as the Chief Marketing Officer for Europe, reporting to Emanuele Cappellano.

Belloni succeeds Olivier François, who has led Fiat for 15 years. François will remain with the company through mid-October to ensure a smooth transition before moving into a role as a strategic advisor.

The restructuring also includes changes for other brands. Xavier Chardon, currently the CEO of Citroën, will also take over leadership of DS Automobiles, integrating the two brands more closely. Additionally, Stellantis is separating its communication and public affairs functions. Stephanie Hartgrove has been named Chief Communications Officer, while Clara Ingen-Housz will focus on regulatory strategy, public policy, and international trade.
