Stellantis reorganizes brands under FaSTLAne 2030 strategy
Stellantis is implementing a major organizational restructuring as part of its FaSTLAne 2030 strategic plan. The reorganization aims to establish a clearer hierarchy among the group’s 14 brands by redistributing roles and management responsibilities.
Under the new structure, DS Automobiles and Lancia will lose their independence to become specialty brands. Lancia will be managed by Fiat, while DS Automobiles will be integrated with Citroën. Several leadership changes took effect on September 1, including Arnaud Belloni, who will lead Fiat, Abarth, and Lancia while serving as marketing director for Europe. Additionally, Xavier Chardon will oversee DS Automobiles alongside his current duties with Citroën, and Laurent Diot will add European DS Automobiles management to his existing Citroën responsibilities.
Jeep will also see changes, with Xavier Peugeot taking on a newly created role for European leadership. This shift moves the company toward a model where mainstream brands and their associated specialized brands are unified under single leadership structures to optimize resources and strategic decision-making.
