Stellantis rolls out €60 bn FaSTLAne 2030 plan to launch 60 new models and focus on four core brands
Stellantis announced its FaSTLAne 2030 strategic plan, a €60 billion (about $69 bn) five‑year programme aimed at accelerating growth and profitability through more than 60 new vehicle launches and 50 major refreshes by 2030. The plan concentrates 70% of product and brand investment on four global priority marques – Jeep, Ram, Peugeot and Fiat – while regional brands such as Chrysler, Dodge, Citroën, Opel and Alfa Romeo will receive targeted support.
A key element is the STLA One global platform, designed to support electric, hybrid, plug‑in‑hybrid and conventional powertrains across B, C and D segments, with modularity intended to cut costs by up to 20% and enable 50% of volumes on three platforms by 2030. The strategy also embeds new software and AI components, including STLA Brain, STLA SmartCockpit and autonomous‑driving technology, and calls for expanded partnerships with firms such as Leapmotor, Dongfeng, Qualcomm and NVIDIA.
Product highlights include performance‑focused updates for Dodge SRT models, a new Jeep Recon offered with an internal‑combustion option for the North‑American market, a Wrangler Scrambler pickup, and the introduction of a compact Ram Rampage in the US. Chrysler will shift away from an all‑electric roadmap toward a mixed‑energy SUV line‑up, and Maserati will add two new E‑segment models. The plan targets a 35% revenue rise in North America and a global turnover of €190 bn by 2030, with an adjusted operating margin goal of about 7%.
