Stellar USDT transaction volume exceeds $500 million

Stellar has reported that USDT transaction volume on its network has surpassed $500 million. This milestone represents more than double the previous $200 million mark, which was reached in less than 10 weeks.

The Stellar Development Foundation also noted a 121% quarterly increase in stablecoin transfer value during the third quarter of 2026. This growth highlights increasing stablecoin activity and the use of Stellar’s infrastructure for digital payments, remittances, and settlements.

USDT0 on the Stellar network utilizes LayerZero’s Omnichain Fungible Token standard to link liquidity across various blockchain networks, allowing for cross-chain transactions without traditional wrapped token methods.
