Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks Women's Basketball Announces 2026-27 Schedule

The Stephen F. Austin (SFA) Ladyjacks women's basketball team released its 2026‑27 season schedule. The campaign opens on November 4 with a home game against the University of Dallas at the Sawmill in Nacogdoches, marking the first meeting between the two programs. The Ladyjacks then travel to face their first Power Four opponent, the University of Houston Cougars, on November 10 before returning home for a matchup against Texas A&M‑Corpus Christi on November 17. Southland Conference play begins on December 2 with a host game versus Northwestern State and continues with a series of home and away contests against conference rivals, including Texas A&M‑Corpus Christi, McNeese, and Southeastern Louisiana. The team, coached by Leonard Bishop and coming off back‑to‑back Southland Conference tournament titles, is targeting a third straight conference championship and a potential March Madness appearance.
