Stevie Wonder releases new tracks to mark 'Songs in the Key of Life' 50th anniversary
To mark the 50th anniversary of his landmark 1976 album, 'Songs in the Key of Life', Stevie Wonder has released a new EP featuring four previously unreleased tracks from the original recording sessions.
The new songs, titled ‘It’s Easier,’ ‘My Life Story of Love,’ ‘I Can See the Sun in Late December,’ and ‘I’m Into Livin’’, were recorded during the sessions for the original album but were not included in the final release. Wonder stated that the tracks represent what he was discovering during that creative period.
In conjunction with this release, Wonder is planning a 180-stop world tour. The tour is expected to feature performances of the 'Songs in the Key of Life' album in its entirety at each show.
