University of Priština students declare solidarity with Republika Srpska

Students from the University of Priština, with its temporary seat in Kosovska Mitrovica, have issued a formal statement of support for students in Republika Srpska. The message emphasizes solidarity regarding the preservation of Serbian identity, Orthodox faith, and traditional values. The students expressed that the struggles faced by their peers in Republika Srpska are shared by those in Kosovo and Metohija.

In a separate political development, the Studentska lista (Student List) is actively campaigning for upcoming parliamentary elections in Serbia. The group has faced challenges, including the cancellation of a meeting in Banja Luka following an alleged physical attack on activists in Višegrad. Additionally, the list has threatened to boycott debates on the public broadcaster RTS, citing concerns over the lack of equal treatment and the ability of government representatives to obstruct discussions through shouting and interruptions.

Campaign activities include scheduled gatherings in Niš and Banja Luka, as well as the introduction of televised advertisements. The Studentska lista is also engaging with various demographics, including presenting plans for pension increases to appeal to older voters.
