Sukiya introduces new seasonal ramen and hojicha latte menu

The Japanese beef bowl chain Sukiya is launching new seasonal menu items starting September 29.

The company is reintroducing its ‘Tonjiru Miso Ramen’ for a limited time following its popularity earlier this year. The updated dish features improved noodles designed to better hold the soup, which is made from a blend of two types of miso, garlic, and ginger. Variations include a version with beef for 500 yen and a spicy green onion version for 460 yen, alongside the standard ramen priced at 360 yen.

Additionally, Sukiya is bringing back its ‘Brown Sugar Jelly Hojicha Latte’ for the autumn season. The beverage uses a blend of two types of roasted Uji hojicha tea and includes brown sugar jelly made from sugar from Hateruma Island, Okinawa. The latte is available in medium and large sizes for 290 yen and 420 yen, respectively.
