Sultanbeyli's Sulkent project launches lottery sale of 80 affordable apartments
Luxera GYO and Sulkon, a subsidiary of the Sultanbeyli Municipality, are offering the first 80 apartments in the Sulkent development through a public lottery. Prices start at 6.299 million TL for an 85.17 m² 2+1 unit and go up to 9.996 million TL for a 140 m² 3+1 unit.
Two payment schemes are available: a 30 % down‑payment followed by 30 months of fixed, interest‑free installments, or a 30 % down‑payment plus four interim payments of 500 000 TL (at months 6, 12, 18 and 24) that reduce the monthly installment to around 80 310 TL. Applications are submitted online with a 10 000 TL fee; no income or residency conditions apply, allowing participation from across Turkey. The lottery will be held on 4 July in the presence of a notary.
Project director Ramazan Taş emphasized the social‑benefit focus, stating, “We are offering homes below market prices, sacrificing profit for social benefit.” The development includes 445 units, extensive social amenities, and is located near major transport links such as the M5 metro line and highways.
