Summer festivals held in Kamnik and Kope

Various summer festivals are taking place in Slovenia, including Kamfest 2026 in Kamnik and the KKŠ Summer Fest in Kope.

Kamfest 2026 has opened its doors in the old town center of Kamnik, featuring a diverse program of music, literature, and workshops. The festival includes nearly 80 free events ranging from concerts and theatrical performances to film screenings and creative workshops. Notable performers and activities include the percussion group Perkakšnš and various local musical acts across multiple venues such as Samčeve predor and the Kreativna četrt Barutana.

Meanwhile, the KKŠ Summer Fest took place from August 7 to 8 at the Kope ski resort. The event featured a two-stage setup with a main stage hosting artists like Joker Out, Petar Grašo, and Parni Valjak, and a 'NORD' stage dedicated to electronic music. The festival offered camping facilities and organized transport for attendees, combining musical performances with daytime sports activities like football and spikeball.
