Summit Store launches new seasonal bakery products

Summit Store has announced the launch of its new “Zakku! Saku! Donut” at 101 Dan Brown in-store bakery locations. The product features a dual texture, combining a dough made with eggs and fresh cream with an almond-flavored biscuit coating similar to melon pan.

In addition to the new donut, the bakery is introducing several seasonal autumn-themed products throughout September. These include a cheese and bacon square bread made with whole wheat flour, a chestnut denish with 10% more chestnut paste than last year, a sweet potato paste and cream cheese square bread, and an Anno potato quinamann featuring honey potato paste.
