Sun PhuQuoc Airways launches major cabin crew recruitment drive in Hanoi

Sun PhuQuoc Airways will hold a Cabin Crew Mega Recruitment Roadshow on 18 July 2026 at Ascott Tay Ho Hanoi, offering up to 1,000 new cabin‑crew positions for 2026. The event promises a starting salary of 24 million VND per month and a comprehensive benefits package that includes housing, health care, leisure access and training subsidies. Twenty outstanding candidates will receive scholarships for overseas training, and interview results are promised within 24 hours. The recruitment push comes as Vietnam’s airlines – including Vietjet, Vietnam Airlines and Vietravel – are also raising entry‑level salaries above 20 million VND, waiving training fees and providing up to 3 million VND per month during training to attract and retain staff.
