Sun PhuQuoc Airways recruits cabin crew, offering up to 90 million VND monthly

Sun PhuQuoc Airways, the Vietnamese carrier backed by Sun Group, announced a global recruitment drive for cabin crew with experience at Skytrax or APEX World Class 5‑star airlines. The airline offers a maximum salary of about 3,400 USD (≈ 89 million VND) per month for Cabin Managers and up to 2,300 USD (≈ 60 million VND) for Cabin Crew, calculated on a 70‑hour flight month. In addition to base pay, candidates can receive bonuses for international experience, visa and work‑permit assistance, housing, meals, airline tickets and other Sun Group benefits.

The hiring round targets up to 1,000 crew members of any nationality and is part of Sun PhuQuoc Airways' rapid expansion. Since commencing commercial operations on 1 Nov 2025, the airline plans to operate around 33 aircraft by the end of 2026, including four Airbus A330s and a purchase agreement for up to 40 Boeing 787‑9 Dreamliners. Its long‑term goal is a fleet of about 100 aircraft by 2030 and a wider international route network from Phú Quốc.
