Słupca Council Hands Over 11 Affordable, Energy‑Efficient Apartments in Cienin Kościelny

On 23 July 2026 the Gmina Słupca held a ceremony to hand over a three‑storey building of 11 new apartments in Cienin Kościelny. The units, built by the Social Housing Initiative KZN Wielkopolska in cooperation with the municipality, range from 38.08 m² to 49.05 m² and are offered on 15‑year lease contracts, renewable for an additional 15 years.

The apartments feature modern, energy‑saving technology, including individual heat‑pump systems and mechanical‑ventilation with heat recovery, limiting heating and hot‑water costs to roughly 120‑180 zł per month. Rent is set below market rates, and eligible tenants may receive rent subsidies for the first 15 years. During the event, Wójt Bogdan Kukulski thanked SIM president Arkadiusz Stasica for the project's timely completion and congratulated the new tenants on their move into stable, low‑cost housing.
