Superintendencia de Seguros reports progress in gender equality

The Superintendencia de Seguros de la República Dominicana (SIS) has reported progress in gender equality and institutional inclusion. During the presentation of the Institutional Gender Diagnosis, officials highlighted improvements in the institutional climate and an increase in staff training regarding equity and equality compared to previous assessments.

Superintendent Julio César Valentín Jiminián emphasized that creating fair spaces where women's talent and effort are recognized is a permanent priority for public institutions. Yazmín Vicente of the Gender Equality Unit shared findings aimed at fostering an organizational culture based on equal opportunities and implementing new actions to strengthen female leadership.
