Surat–Udaipur Vande Bharat Express bookings now open

Bookings for the new Surat–Udaipur Vande Bharat Express officially commenced at 8:00 AM on Thursday, October 1. Announced by the Mumbai Central division of Western Railway, the service provides a semi-high-speed rail link between south Gujarat and Rajasthan.

The service, operating under train numbers 26903 and 26904, will run six days a week, excluding Tuesdays. The journey covers approximately 690 km in roughly seven and a half hours. Train 26903 is scheduled to depart Surat at 6:10 AM, arriving in Udaipur at 1:40 PM. The return service, Train 26904, departs Udaipur at 3:35 PM and arrives in Surat at 11:00 PM.

The train will make nine intermediate stops, including Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Maninagar, Asarva, Himmatnagar, Shamlaji Road, Dungarpur, and Zawar. The service offers Executive Chair Car and AC Chair Car coach classes, aiming to enhance connectivity for business and leisure travelers in the region.
