Cédric Jubillar caught in sexual act during prison visit

Cédric Jubillar, the inmate convicted of murdering his wife Delphine, was caught engaging in sexual activity with a visitor during a meeting at the Seysses prison near Toulouse. Prison staff interrupted the encounter during a routine patrol, discovering the 39-year-old inmate and a new visitor in a prohibited sexual act.

This incident follows a previous disciplinary action in 2024, when Jubillar was sanctioned for a sexual relationship with a former partner, resulting in a suspension of visiting rights and a transition to glass-partitioned meetings. The visitor involved in the recent incident has had her visiting permit suspended.

Jubillar, who had long denied involvement in his wife's death, recently admitted to killing her “by accident.” He is currently awaiting an appeal trial scheduled for late April to mid-May.
