Suspect in Palmeira dos Índios thefts apprehended in Maribondo

A man suspected of participating in the attempted theft of a transformer at Humberto Mendes State School and the theft of a motorcycle in Palmeira dos Índios has been located.

The suspect was apprehended in Maribondo while traveling in a van bound for Maceió. Following a pursuit during the early morning hours, police units conducted searches and intercepted the vehicle after receiving information regarding the individual's description. The suspect was taken into custody and presented to the competent police authority for legal proceedings.
