Suzuki e Vitara electric SUV tested: performance, range and price details
Suzuki's first series‑produced electric SUV, the e Vitara, was evaluated in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The model is equipped with a 61 kWh LFP battery, delivers 128 kW (174 hp) and 193 Nm of torque, and drives the front wheels. In the Elegance trim it costs 972 500 CZK before a 50 000 CZK government incentive, resulting in a net price of about 922 500 CZK.
The test recorded a claimed WLTP range of 428 km, fast‑charging capability of 67 kW (CCS Combo/Mennekes) and an onboard charger of 11 kW. Driving dynamics show 0‑100 km/h in 8.7 s and a limited top speed of 150 km/h. The SUV offers a comfortable suspension, a spacious cabin for its size, and a 360° camera, but suffers from a small trunk, hard‑plastic interior fittings and modest charging performance compared with rivals such as the Škoda Enyaq, Kia EV3, Hyundai Kona and Renault electric models.
