Suzuki launches eVITARA electric SUV in Ecuador

Suzuki has officially introduced the eVITARA in Ecuador, marking the brand's first 100% electric SUV in the country. This launch is part of the company's global Multi-Pathway vision, which aims to provide various mobility technologies to meet different market needs and decarbonization goals.

The eVITARA is built on the HEARTECT-e platform, a specialized architecture for electric vehicles that integrates the battery into the floor to achieve a lower center of gravity, increased rigidity, and optimized interior space. This model follows Suzuki's established presence in the Ecuadorian market, where the brand has held the top position in hybrid vehicle sales for three consecutive years.
