Suzuki reports strong June 2026 sales in India across cars and two-wheelers

Suzuki's Indian sales figures for June 2026 showed robust growth in both the passenger‑car and two‑wheeler segments. The Maruti Suzuki WagonR sold 16,952 units, a 31.1% year‑on‑year increase, making it the fourth best‑selling car in the country.

In the two‑wheeler market, Suzuki Motorcycle India posted sales of 115,030 units, up 21% from the same month a year earlier, and overtook Royal Enfield to become India’s fifth‑largest two‑wheeler brand. Domestic sales rose to 91,264 units, while exports reached 23,766 units, a 12% rise. The company highlighted ongoing product initiatives, including plans for a mid‑weight cruiser range and the Burgman 400 maxi‑scooter showcased at the 2026 Suzuki Matsuri in Mumbai.
