The relationship between singer Svetlana ‘Ceca’ Ražnatović and Željko Ražnatović, known as Arkan, remains a significant chapter in regional public history. The pair met in 1993 at a hotel in Belgrade during one of Ceca’s performances, leading to a high-profile romance.
