Swedish firms H&M and EQT approve major shareholder actions in May 2026
H&M Hennes & Mauritz AB’s board authorized a share repurchase programme from 11 May to 29 May 2026, targeting up to 1.4 million class B shares for a maximum cash outlay of SEK 280 million. The buybacks will be executed on Nasdaq Stockholm under EU Market Abuse Regulation and the Safe Harbour Regulation, with the purchase price capped at the higher of the last independent trade price or the highest current independent bid.
