Sylwester Wardęga addresses legal charges and FAME MMA conflict

YouTuber Sylwester Wardęga has released a video addressing prosecutor charges related to an archival 2013 video titled ‘Boobsman’. The footage, which involved interactions with women presented as a breast cancer awareness joke, led to charges under Article 197 § 2 of the Penal Code regarding sexual acts. Wardęga denies the allegations and disputes the legal classification of his actions, noting that previous investigations in Mława had been dismissed before being contested by higher authorities in Płock.

Wardęga also detailed a long-standing legal conflict with leadership from the FAME MMA federation. He stated that the ‘Boobsman’ video was the official reason for his contract termination. He claimed that in October 2024, Rafał Pasternak and Katarzyna Necel filed a notification with the prosecutor's office regarding the matter. The YouTuber announced his intention to return to content creation and resume his previous video formats.
